1.1.1 我们在您创建“小豚当家”应用帐号的过程中，会要求您提供邮箱或手机号码等PII信息，这些信息可以帮助您激活、管理或使用智多豚“小豚当家”的业务。我们会将您的昵称、头像、所属国家、时区与您的账户关联，以方便您访问我们的产品和服务。
1.2.1 我们会收集你的手机型号、操作系统等信息、唯一设备标识符、“小豚当家”应用版本号、所在位置相关信息（例如IP地址、GPS位置以及能够提供相关信息的Wi-Fi接入点、蓝牙等信息）等，用于提供PUSH推送。同时，这些也是我们提供服务所必需的基础信息。
1.3.1 在您使用智能终端设备的过程中，我们会收集所有设备信息，以便您可通过App远程操作该设备。
1.4.1 为实现从“小豚当家”应用拉起第三方应用，以实现红外遥控功能，我们需要收集您的以下信息：手机安装应用列表。
我们将按照以下方式使用您的个人信息：检查手机是否已经安装相关应用，以保证该应用的功能可以正常跳转。
若您不提供这类信息，“小豚当家”应用将无法知道手机是否安装了相关应用，也无法给您准确的提示。
1.5.1 为实现“小豚当家”应用对当前存在的问题进行在线反馈的功能，我们需要收集您的以下信息：应用和设备的日志信息以及您的联系方式。其中，应用和设备的日志信息中会包含设备状态、传感器设备感知到的信息、设备操作记录、设备号（设备注册后唯一标识）等，收集此类信息的目的是便于分析用户遇到当前问题的产生原因；收集您的联系方式的目的是为了后续回访，了解问题是否完全解决，或者希望您补充必要的其他信息
我们将按照以下方式使用您的个人信息：仅用于反馈问题的定位与解决，不用于个人信息的展示，不将此类信息用于推送商业广告。
若您不提供这类信息，我们将无法对您反馈的问题进行有效的定位和解决。
2.1.1 我们将收集和产生的个人信息存储在中华人民共和国境内。我们仅在本协议所述目的、所必需期间和法律法规及监管规定的时限内保存您的个人信息。
2.2.1 如有必要实现收集信息的目的，或者遵守适用法律法规要求或允许，我们将一直保留个人信息。
2.2.2 如果有合理的理由认为保留个人信息不能实现收集个人信息的目的，我们将不再保留个人信息或删除个人信息与特定个人相关联的方式。
2.2.3 如果是为了公众利益对信息进行进一步处理归档，为了科学或历史研究目的或根据使用法律进行统计的目的，即使进一步处理信息的目的与原始目的不相符，智多豚也可以进一步保留数据。
2.2.4 对于手机本地的数据，当您卸载“小豚当家”应用或者清除“小豚当家”应用数据时，数据将会从手机中清除。
2.2.5 当我们的产品或服务发生停止运营的情形时，我们将以推送通知、公告等形式通知您，并在合理的期限内删除您的个人信息或进行匿名化处理。
3.1.1 根据具体情况，我们会向与智多豚开展产品和服务合作，或者帮助智多豚向客户进行营销的合作伙伴提供某些个人信息。我们只会为了提高或改进我们的产品、服务和广告宣传之目的与第三方共享个人信息；不会为了第三方的销售目的与第三方共享个人信息，更不会销售个人信息。我们有义务要求上述合作伙伴严格遵守保密约定，保护您的个人信息。我们可适时向智多豚的合作伙伴提供您使用智能终端的统计性信息，以上统计性信息不涉及您的姓名、账号、密码、电话号码、电子邮件等个人信息。
3.1.2 若我们的合作伙伴依法向您明示所收集的信息以及信息的使用用途，并已取得您的同意，我们可以根据您的许可向该三方披露您的个人信息。为了您的个人信息安全，我们将对您的个人信息进行脱敏或模糊处理后再向第三方披露。
3.2.1 根据政府部门的合法要求，我们可能有必要披露您的个人信息。如果我们确定为了执行我们的条款和条件、保护我们的经营或用户或涉及重大公共利益，披露是合理必须，则我们可披露与您有关的信息。
如果发生重组、合并或出售，则我们可将您的个人信息转让给相关第三方。
4.1 我们承诺为您的信息进行保密。为保障您的信息安全，我们致力于使用各种安全技术及配套的管理体系来尽量降低您的信息被泄露、毁损、误用、非授权访问、非授权披露和更改的风险。例如：通过网络安全层软件（SSL）进行加密传输、信息加密存储、严格限制数据中心的访问、使用专用网络通道及网络代理。
4.2 我们设立了个人信息保护责任部门，建立了健全的内控制度，对可能接触到您的信息的工作人员采取最小够用授权原则；对工作人员处理您的信息的行为进行系统监控，不断对工作人员培训相关法律法规及隐私安全准则和安全意识强化宣导。
为使您在使用“小豚当家”应用期间更加便捷地访问、更正和删除您的个人信息，同时保障您有权撤回对个人信息的使用许可，我们在产品设计中为您提供了相应的操作设置，您可以参考下面的指引进行操作。
5.1.1 您可以在“设备”页面查看您已经绑定的各个智能设备及其电量、所在群组、设备历史记录、设备设置信息。
5.1.2 您可以在“设备”>“设置”>“设备信息”页面查看您已经绑定的智能设备信息，包括设备名称、设备型号、设备ID、固件版本、设备电量等信息。
5.1.3 您可以在“我的”页面查看您账户信息、“小豚当家”应用软件版本号以及更新、运营公司名称，以及产品的帮助和反馈等信息。
5.2.1 您可以在“设备”>“设置”页面点击“解绑设备”删除您已经绑定的智能设备信息。
5.2.2 您可以在“群组”>“管理群”页面点击“删除此群”删除您已经绑定的智能设备群组。
5.3.1 您可以在“设备”>“设置”页面更改您已经绑定的智能设备的部分信息。
5.3.2 您可以在“我的”>“账户信息”页面更改您的账户信息，包括用户头像，用户昵称、账户密码、手机号、微信、邮箱。
5.3.3 您可以在“群组”>“管理群”页面更改您已经绑定的智能设备群组的部分信息。
5.4.1 您可以通过向privacy@dophigo.com发送邮件的方式联系我们提交请求，来撤回对个人信息使用的同意。我们将会在收到您的请求后的合理时间内处理您的请求，并且会根据您的请求，不再收集、使用和/或披露您的个人信息。
5.4.2 请注意，您撤回同意会导致某些法律后果。根据您撤回同意让我们处理您的个人信息的范围，您不能完整地享受智多豚的产品和服务。
如果您对我们的回复不满意，特别是当我们的个人信息处理行为损害了您的合法权益时，您可以向行业自律协会或政府相关管理机构投诉，甚至通过向“智多豚”所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼等外部途径进行解决。
我们重视未成年人的个人信息保护，如你是未成年人，请您在您的监护人仔细阅读本隐私协议并征得您的监护人同意的前提下，使用我们的产品和服务。
智多豚所有产品和服务均适用本协议。
智多豚保留适时更新本协议的权利，当协议发生变更时，我们会通过弹窗的方式向您展示变更后的协议。如您在本协议更新生效后继续使用“小豚当家”应用及我们的服务，即表示您已充分阅读、理解并接受更新后的协议并愿意受更新后的协议约束。
本协议自更新之日起生效。

The “DophiGo” App is operated by Shenzhen DophiGo IoT Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “DophiGo”), which provides remote control and management service for DophiGo devices.
We fully understand the importance of personal information to you, we respect and protect your privacy. Please read and understand “DophiGo User Privacy Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") before using our products (or services).
You are committed that you are an adult when you start using this product/service. If you are a minor, your guardian is required to agree to your use of the app and agree to all the applicable terms of application.

This agreement as our promise to protect your personal information will be strictly enforced. I hope that you can feel safe and use our services with confidence.
The information we collect will only be used for the purposes set out in this Agreement. Collect and use your personal information, which will be used for providing and optimizing services to you and protecting your account.
1.1.1 Personal data that are collected while creating a DophiGo Account may include PII information like your email address or mobile phone number. These information helps to activate, manage and get service of DophiGo. Your nickname, profile picture, country and time zone will be connected to your account so that you can visit our product and service conveniently.
1.2.1 Your phone model, operating system, unique device identifier, DophiGo application version number, location-related information (such as IP address, GPS location, and Wi-Fi access point that can provide relevant information, Bluetooth etc.) will be collected to enable PUSH notification. And these are very necessary basic information which we have to collect from you.
1.3.1 All the smart device information will be collected so that you can control them via APP remotely.
1.4.1 In order to implement the infrared remote control function from the DophiGo application, we need to collect the following information: the mobile phone installation application list.
We will use your personal information in the following ways: Check if the phone has installed the app to ensure that web page can jump normally.
If you do not provide this type of information, the DophiGo app will not know if the phone is installed with the app and will not give you an accurate reminder.
1.5.1 In order to implement the online feedback function for the current problems of the DophiGo application, we need to collect the following information: log information of the application and device and your contact information. The log information of the application and the device includes the device status, the information sensed by the sensor device, the device operation record, and the device number (the unique identifier after the device is registered). The purpose of collecting such information is to facilitate analysis of the current cause of the problem. The purpose of collecting your contact information is for follow-up visits, to find out if the problem is completely resolved, or to contact you and hope that you will supplement the necessary additional information.
We will use your personal information in the following ways: only for the positioning and resolution of feedback questions, not for the display of personal information, and not for the use of such information for commercial advertising.
If you do not provide this type of information, you will not be able to effectively locate and resolve your feedback.
2.1.1 We store personal information collected and generated within the territory of the People's Republic of China. We only store your personal information for the period necessary for the purposes described in this Agreement and for the time limits set by laws and regulations.
2.2.1 If necessary to achieve the purpose of collecting information, or to comply with applicable laws and regulations or permits, we will retain personal information.
2.2.2 If there is a reasonable reason to believe that retaining personal information does not achieve the purpose of collecting personal information, we will no longer retain personal information or remove the way personal information is associated with a particular individual.
2.2.3 If the information is further processed and archived for the public interest, for the purpose of scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes according to the law of use, even if the purpose of further processing of the information does not match the original purpose, DophiGo can further retain the data.
2.2.4 For mobile phone local data, when you uninstall the DophiGo app or clear the DophiGo app data, the data will be cleared from the phone.
2.2.5 When our products or services cease to operate, we will notify you by push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete your personal information or anonymize within a reasonable period of time.
3.1.1 Depending on the situation, we will provide certain personal information to partners who cooperate with DophiGo to provide products and services or to help DophiGo to market to customers. We will only share personal information with third parties for the purpose of providing or improving our products, services and advertising; we will not share personal information with third parties for the purposes of third party sales, nor will we sell personal information. We are obliged to require the above partners to strictly abide by the confidentiality agreement and the requirements of our information protection policy. We can provide you with the statistical information of your smart terminal in time to the partners of DophiGo. The above statistical information does not involve personal information such as your name, account number, password, phone number, email, etc.
3.1.2 If our partners expressly disclose to you the information collected and the use of the information, and have obtained your consent, we may disclose your personal information to the three parties according to your permission. For the security of your personal information, we may desensitize or obscure your personal information before disclosing it to third parties.
3.2.1 Depending on the legal requirements of the government, we may need to disclose your personal information.
In the event of a reorganization, merger or sale, we may transfer all personal information we collect to the relevant third party.
4.1 We understand the importance of personal information to you and are committed to keeping your information confidential. To protect the security of your information, we are committed to using a variety of security technologies and supporting management systems to minimize the risk of disclosure, damage, misuse, unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure and alteration of your information. In order to make it easier for you to access, correct and delete your personal information while using the APP ‘DophiGo’, and to protect your rights to withdraw your license to use your personal information, we have provided you with the appropriate operating settings in the product design.You can refer to the guidelines below.
5.1.1 You can view the smart devices you have bound and check their power, group, device history, and device settings information on the ‘Device’ page.
5.1.2 You can view the smart device information which you have bound on the ‘Device’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Device Information’ page, including product name, device model, device ID, firmware version, device power etc.
5.1.3 You can view your account information, the version number of the ‘DophiGo’ APP,as well as updates, operating company name and product help and feedback etc. on ‘Me’ page.
5.2.1 You can delete the smart device information which you have bound by clicking ‘Unbind Device’ on the ‘Device’ > ‘Settings’ page.
5.2.2 You can delete the smart device group which you have bound by clicking ‘Delete group’ on the ‘Group’ > ‘Manage Team’ page.
5.3.1 You can change some of the information about the smart devices which you have bound on the ‘Device’ > ‘Settings’ page.
5.3.2 You can change your account information on the ‘Me’ > ‘Account Information’ page, including user’s profile picture, username, account password, mobile number, WeChat, email.
5.3.3 You can change some of the information for the smart device group which you have bound on the ‘Group’ > ‘Manage Team’ page.
5.4.1 You can withdraw your consent to the use of your personal information by contacting us at privacy@dophigo.com to submit a request. We will process your request within a reasonable time after you have made your request, and we will not collect, use or disclose your personal information as per your request.
5.4.2 Please note that your withdrawal of consent will result in certain legal consequences. Regarding on your withdrawal of consent, and the consent for processing the scope of your personal information, which may means that you are not able to enjoy the products and services of DophiGo.
If you are not satisfied with our response, especially if our handling behavior of your personal information damages your legal rights, You can also file a lawsuit in the People’s Court where the ‘DophiGo’ is located.Or resolved by other relevant external channels such as complaints from industry self-regulatory associations or government-related regulatory agencies.
We value the protection of personal information of minors. If you are a minor, please use our services or provide us with information after your legal guardian carefully read this privacy agreement and also obtain the consent of your legal guardian.
This agreement applies to all products and services of DophiGo.
DophiGo reserves the rights to update this agreement in due course. When the agreement changes, we will show you the changed agreement through the pop-up window. If you continue to use the ‘DophiGo’ application and our services after the renewal of this agreement, which means you have fully read, understood and accepted the updated agreement and are willing to be bound by the updated agreement.
This Agreement is effective as of the date of the update.

本協議作為我們對您個人信息保護的許諾，我們會嚴格執行保密條款，保護您的個人信息安全，請放心使用我們的產品和服務。
我們僅會出於本協議所述的以下目的，收集和使用您的個人信息，這些信息都將被用於向您提供服務、優化我們的服務以及保障您的賬號安全。
1.1.1 我們在您創建「小豚當家」應用帳號的過程中，會要求您提供郵箱或手機號碼等PII信息，這些信息可以幫助您激活、管理或使用智多豚「小豚當家」的業務。我們會將您的昵稱、頭像、所屬國家、時區與您的賬戶關聯，以方便您訪問我們的產品和服務。
1.2.1 我們會收集你的手機型號、操作系統等信息、唯一設備標識符、「小豚當家」應用版本號、所在位置相關信息（例如IP地址、GPS位置以及能夠提供相關信息的Wi-Fi接入點、藍牙等信息）等，用於提供PUSH推送。同時，這些也是我們提供服務所必需的基礎信息。
1.3.1 在您使用智能終端設備的過程中，我們會收集所有設備信息，以便您可通過App遠程操作該設備。
1.4.1 為實現從「小豚當家」應用拉起第三方應用，以實現紅外遙控功能，我們需要收集您的以下信息：手機安裝應用列表。
我們將按照以下方式使用您的個人信息：檢查手機是否已經安裝相關應用，以保證該應用的功能可以正常跳轉。
若您不提供這類信息，「小豚當家」應用將無法知道手機是否安裝了相關應用，也無法給您準確的提示。
1.5.1 為實現「小豚當家」應用對當前存在的問題進行在線反饋的功能，我們需要收集您的以下信息：應用和設備的日誌信息以及您的聯繫方式。其中，應用和設備的日誌信息中會包含設備狀態、感測器設備感知到的信息、設備操作記錄、設備號（設備註冊後唯一標識）等，收集此類信息的目的是便於分析用戶遇到當前問題的產生原因；收集您的聯繫方式的目的是為了後續回訪，了解問題是否完全解決，或者希望您補充必要的其他信息。
我們將按照以下方式使用您的個人信息：僅用於反饋問題的定位與解決，不用於個人信息的展示，不將此類信息用於推送商業廣告。
若您不提供這類信息，我們將無法對您反饋的問題進行有效的定位和解決。
2.1.1 我們將收集和產生的個人信息存儲在中華人民共和國境內。我們僅在本協議所述目的、所必需期間和法律法規及監管規定的時限內保存您的個人信息。
2.2.1 如有必要實現收集信息的目的，或者遵守適用法律法規要求或允許，我們將一直保留個人信息。
2.2.2 如果有合理的理由認為保留個人信息不能實現收集個人信息的目的，我們將不再保留個人信息或刪除個人信息與特定個人相關聯的方式。
2.2.3 如果是為了公眾利益對信息進行進一步處理歸檔，為了科學或歷史研究目的或根據使用法律進行統計的目的，即使進一步處理信息的目的與原始目的不相符，智多豚也可以進一步保留數據。
2.2.4 對於手機本地的數據，當您卸載「小豚當家」應用或者清除「小豚當家」應用數據時，數據將會從手機中清除。
2.2.5 當我們的產品或服務發生停止運營的情形時，我們將以推送通知、公告等形式通知您，並在合理的期限內刪除您的個人信息或進行匿名化處理。
3.1.1 根據具體情況，我們會向與智多豚開展產品和服務合作，或者幫助智多豚向客戶進行營銷的合作夥伴提供某些個人信息。我們只會為了提高或改進我們的產品、服務和廣告宣傳之目的與第三方共享個人信息；不會為了第三方的銷售目的與第三方共享個人信息，更不會銷售個人信息。我們有義務要求上述合作夥伴嚴格遵守保密約定，保護您的個人信息。我們可適時向智多豚的合作夥伴提供您使用智能終端的統計性信息，以上統計性信息不涉及您的姓名、賬號、密碼、電話號碼、電子郵件等個人信息。
3.1.2 若我們的合作夥伴依法向您明示所收集的信息以及信息的使用用途，並已取得您的同意，我們可以根據您的許可向該三方披露您的個人信息。為了您的個人信息安全，我們將對您的個人信息進行脫敏或模糊處理後再向第三方披露。
3.2.1 根據政府部門的合法要求，我們可能有必要披露您的個人信息。
如果我們確定為了執行我們的條款和條件、保護我們的經營或用戶或涉及重大公共利益，披露是合理必須，則我們可披露與您有關的信息。
如果發生重組、合并或出售，則我們可將您的個人信息轉讓給相關第三方。
4.1 我們承諾為您的信息進行保密。為保障您的信息安全，我們致力於使用各種安全技術及配套的管理體系來盡量降低您的信息被泄露、毀損、誤用、非授權訪問、非授權披露和更改的風險。例如：通過網路安全層軟體（SSL）進行加密傳輸、信息加密存儲、嚴格限制數據中心的訪問、使用專用網路通道及網路代理。
4.2 我們設立了個人信息保護責任部門，建立了健全的內控制度，對可能接觸到您的信息的工作人員採取最小夠用授權原則；對工作人員處理您的信息的行為進行系統監控，不斷對工作人員培訓相關法律法規及隱私安全準則和安全意識強化宣導。
為使您在使用「小豚當家」應用期間更加便捷地訪問、更正和刪除您的個人信息，同時保障您有權撤回對個人信息的使用許可，我們在產品設計中為您提供了相應的操作設置，您可以參考下面的指引進行操作。
5.1.1 您可以在「設備」頁面查看您已經綁定的各個智能設備及其電量、所在群組、設備歷史記錄、設備設置信息。
5.1.2 您可以在「設備」>「設置」>「設備信息」頁面查看您已經綁定的智能設備信息，包括設備名稱、設備型號、設備ID、固件版本、設備電量等信息。
5.1.3 您可以在「我的」頁面查看您賬戶信息、「小豚當家」應用軟體版本號以及更新、運營公司名稱，以及產品的幫助和反饋等信息。
5.2.1 您可以在「設備」>「設置」頁面點擊「解綁設備」刪除您已經綁定的智能設備信息。
5.2.2 您可以在「群組」>「管理群」頁面點擊「刪除此群」刪除您已經綁定的智能設備群組。
5.3.1 您可以在「設備」>「設置」頁面更改您已經綁定的智能設備的部分信息。
5.3.2 您可以在「我的」>「賬戶信息」頁面更改您的賬戶信息，包括用戶頭像，用戶昵稱、賬戶密碼、手機號、微信、郵箱。
5.3.3 您可以在「群組」>「管理群」頁面更改您已經綁定的智能設備群組的部分信息。
5.4.1 您可以通過向privacy@dophigo.com發送郵件的方式聯繫我們提交請求，來撤回對個人信息使用的同意。我們將會在收到您的請求後的合理時間內處理您的請求，並且會根據您的請求，不再收集、使用和/或披露您的個人信息。
5.4.2 請注意，您撤回同意會導致某些法律後果。根據您撤回同意讓我們處理您的個人信息的範圍，您不能完整地享受智多豚的產品和服務。
如果您對我們的回復不滿意，特別是當我們的個人信息處理行為損害了您的合法權益時，您可以向行業自律協會或政府相關管理機構投訴，甚至通過向「智多豚」所在地有管轄權的人民法院提起訴訟等外部途徑進行解決。
我們重視未成年人的個人信息保護，如你是未成年人，請您在您的監護人仔細閱讀本隱私協議並徵得您的監護人同意的前提下，使用我們的產品和服務。
智多豚所有產品和服務均適用本協議。
智多豚保留適時更新本協議的權利，當協議發生變更時，我們會通過彈窗的方式向您展示變更後的協議。如您在本協議更新生效後繼續使用「小豚當家」應用及我們的服務，即表示您已充分閱讀、理解並接受更新後的協議並願意受更新後的協議約束。
本協議自更新之日起生效。
